1. Inspection certification and maintenance of certification

CANCELLATION PROCEDURES-SUSPENSION-REVOCATION CERTIFICATE
The RTA is entitled to proceed on a temporary or permanent withdrawal of the certificate in the following cases:
The holder of the certificate has not acted on the compliance of the quality system, as agreed with the inspection team and the certain time has not notified to correct the carrier.
When the certificate holder has not settled its financial obligations.
When the certificate holder does not make proper use of the logo of the license, in accordance with the instructions given to him ..
Where the holder of the certificate fails to fulfill the accreditation requirements and requirements of the legal framework governing it.
Where the holder of the certificate fails to fulfill the requirements of the certified management system.
Where the holder of the certificate fails to fulfill some specific requirements of the processes, it can be withdrawal or reduction of the certification scope.
When the owner of the certificate does not allow the inspection surveillance, recertification.
